At iBROWBAR BY . EB, we are committed to providing exceptional service and a positive experience for all our clients. To ensure the best possible experience, we ask that you please review our policies below:

Booking and Appointments:

• Appointments: All services are by appointment only. To book an appointment, please visit our website or contact our studio directly. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and artist.
• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text once your appointment is booked. Please review the details and contact us if any changes are needed.

Cancellation Policy:

• Notice Required: We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals:

• Grace Period: We understand that sometimes delays are unavoidable. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, and a late fee may apply.
• Rescheduling: If you know you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to reschedule your appointment for a later time or date if available.

Payment:

• Accepted Forms: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
• Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the service price but is greatly appreciated for exceptional service.

Health and Safety:

• Hygiene: We adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. All tools and equipment are sterilized before each use, and our artists follow strict hygiene protocols.
• Allergies and Sensitivities: Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. We will take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Children and Pets:

• Children: For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment unless they are receiving a service.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed in the studio, with the exception of service animals.

Gift Cards:

• Redemption: Gift cards can be redeemed for any service or product at iBROWBAR BY . EB. To redeem a gift card, please present it at the time of payment.
• Expiration: Our gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time.
• Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
